Our website address is https://freelanceworld.com. This site is operated by AllStar Creative (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, please reach us through our contact page.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, AllStar Creative is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
We do not require you to create an account, and comments are disabled on this site. We collect personal data in only three ways:
- Advertising data — collected by Google and its advertising partners when ads are served to you, as described under “Advertising” below.
- Analytics data — collected by Google Analytics to measure how the site is used, as described under “Analytics” below.
- Contact form submissions — the name, email address, subject, and message you choose to send us, as described under “Contact form” below.
Our hosting provider and our content delivery network (Cloudflare) also record standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and to keep the site running.

International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your data in the United States and other countries outside the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Where personal data of visitors in those regions is transferred outside their home country, our providers rely on legal transfer mechanisms including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension and Swiss-U.S. counterpart.
How long we retain your data
Contact form messages are retained in our email for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our records, and are deleted on request. Analytics and advertising data are retained by Google according to Google’s own retention periods. Server and security logs are retained for a short period by our host and Cloudflare.
Information for visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following applies to you under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Consent
Before any advertising or analytics cookies are set on your device, we present a consent message asking whether you agree to personalized advertising and analytics. We use a Google-certified Consent Management Platform to record your choice. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time using the privacy settings link on this site, and withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these rights, send us a request through our contact page. We will respond within one month. You will not be charged for making a request.
Because we do not operate accounts and do not maintain a customer database, in most cases the only data we hold that identifies you directly is any message you have sent us through the contact form. Advertising and analytics data is held by Google, and requests relating to that data can also be directed to Google through your Google Account.
Right to complain
If you believe we have handled your personal data improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in the EEA, your national supervisory authority; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch).
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
